You do. You set your own delivery fee, agree the scope with your client and remain their main point of contact. We support you behind the scenes.
No. The programme is free to join with no minimum number of clients. We only ask that accredited partners complete our training so clients get a consistent standard of delivery.
Accreditation is designed to fit around client work and covers the platform, our delivery framework and the practical tools you will use. We will confirm timings when we speak.
Yes. Many partners position it as part of their own managed HR or L&D offer, and there is flexibility over who bills the client for what — confirmed during onboarding.
Delivery is intentionally light-touch and repeatable: allocate, communicate, monitor, report. Set-up takes more effort in the first month, then it settles into a predictable rhythm.
When enquiries come to us, we forward them to partners who have delivered successfully before, matched by sector and region where we can. It is an opportunity rather than a guarantee, and it grows as you establish yourself with us.
Client learner data sits in their own platform account. We act as processor for that data and you access it to deliver the service. Our data protection obligations are set out in the partner agreement.
